Vicky Drummond has been appointed as our new head of digital, following a series of high profile digital pitch wins and continued growth of existing client work.
In her previous role as digital manager, Vicky secured the opportunity to pitch for, and subsequently won the business with high profile clients like Bayer CropScience, The Rosie Hospital and Regional Cities East. Working in close collaboration with our creative team, Vicky spearheaded each pitch, developing compelling proposals that delivered against all elements of each brief and ultimately securing the business.
In addition to driving forward the digital team’s new business activity, Vicky continues to build on existing client relationships to secure additional work. This includes activity undertaken for Cambridge University Hospitals (CUH) and Darley, HH Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum’s global breeding operation which currently stands stallions in six countries. We manage Darley’s complete online presence across Australia, Europe, Asia and the United States, constantly refreshing content and publishing complex bloodstock data to ensure buyers have access to the latest information.
Vicky Drummond commented: “I am delighted to have been given this opportunity to lead WAR’s digital offering. This sphere is always evolving and our philosophy at WAR is to be at the forefront of these developments, delivering on all aspects to ensure that our client’s digital communications offer maximum return on investment.”
Alison Meadows, managing director, said: “Vicky has a great deal of knowledge, expertise and enthusiasm for digital marketing and so she was the natural appointment.”
