As this leading agricultural charity approached its 10th anniversary, our Brandshop approach was used to position the Addington Fund within the complex jigsaw of charities in the sector. Our work included renaming the Fund and developing a striking new logo to take into its second decade.

We have worked for the Agricultural Industries Confederation since its formation, providing services from strategic advice to tactical media briefing. Recent projects include developing and launching policy statements for UK and Scottish administrations. Projects include supporting the Agribusiness Conference and producing print material, e.g. the Annual report and the quarterly AIC Journal.

Bidwells Agribusiness approached us to design a stand to showcase their expertise in farming strategy, securing assets, industry insights and the future of agribusiness and sustainability. It needed to engage its audience and encourage interaction.  From invitations to an inspiring stand, WAR creatively managed the customer journey and experience from farm to exhibition.

Having provided great PR results for Clydesdale Bank’s East of England business banking teams for the last two years, the bank subsequently appointed us to promote the work of the its regional agribusiness team as well. This has centred around a series of case studies and press releases highlighting the £200 million lending provided to businesses since 2005.

Delivering relevant messages for farmers and their advisers is critical to the success of crop protection products, whether new or existing. Our technical understanding, extensive contacts and effective media relations enabled us to deliver successful PR. We have provided strategic advice at senior level on forming and delivering messages to the market. In addition, we have worked on the delivery of environmental benefits arising from a multi million pound investment in clean technology.

Regional law firm Hewitsons has a thriving agricultural and rural business practice. We have helped to boost the firm’s profile through a range of editorial and advertising activity in targeted trade and regional press.

For Merial Animal Health, we have delivered consistently effective media relations activity across its well-established cattle and sheep brands. We provide integrated services for Merial’s swine products – PR, print, advertising and direct mail. WAR has helped to launch both Gripovac3® and Circovac® into the UK and Republic of Ireland.

In addition to corporate re-branding of leading fresh produce company Produce World, we have raised the company’s profile through corporate PR activity. We secured extensive coverage of their innovative CSR programme, as well as supporting crucial announcements such as its annual results, and recent ground-breaking deal with Green Giant.

Renowned Cambridgeshire agricultural equipment distributor RECO asked us to upgrade their press advertising. This successful project led to a brief to create a new corporate identity for the developing organisation. The new logo and associated brand material provides a much more contemporary look for the company in this competitive business sector.

Volac approached us to help them with planning their marketing activities for leading agriculture brands such as Megalac and Topwrap. A strategic workshop and subsequent report provided a better understanding of current market challenges, and made recommendations on actions to address them.
